Narphu valley trekking is newly open trekking trail in Annapurna region. Narphu valley trekking has been opened for the trekkers only since 2003. Narphu valley trekking is one of the best regions for viewing majestic mountains in the high land. The Phu is the most beautiful medieval village where you can learn the real life styles of Bhote communities enjoy and have a pleasure of the fabulous and typical landscape of the valley. Narphu valley Trekking begins from Koto via walking through a unique Marsyandi valley. It could cover Annapurna circuit in four weeks.

Day 01:

Arrival Katmandu (1334m), transfer to Hotel Wel come dinner.

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing
Day 03: Kathmandu by bus to Beshishar (823m)
Day 04:

Beshishar to .Bahundada (1311m)

Day 05:

Bahundada to Jagat (1314m)

Day 06:

Jagat to Dharapani (1943m)

Day 07:

Dharapani to koto (2713m)

Day 08:

Koto to Chhacha (3200m)

Day 09:

Chhacha to Meta (3700m)

Day 10:

Meta to Junum (4000m)

Day 11:

Junum to Phu valley.

Day 12:

Excursion around Phu valley.

Day 13:

Phu Valley to Nar Village

Day 14:

Nar Village to Dharmasala 2800m.

Day 15:

Dharmasala – koto –Chame (2713m)

Day 16:

Chame to Pisang (3185m)

Day 17:

Pisang to Manang (3440m)

Day 18:

Manang acclimatizing day.

Day 19:

Manang to Yak kharka (4210m)

Thorung phedi (4640m)/ Thorung High camp (4800m) via Thorung La (5416m) to Muktinath.(3802m)

In the morning Muktinath Temple excursion and overnight at Kagbeni (2840m)

Day 23:

Kagbeni to Jomsom (2713m)

Day 24:

Jomsom by flight back to Pokhara (915m)

Day 25:

Pokhara back to Katmandu by Tourist bus/Flight

Day 26:

Katmandu valley sightseeing and farewell diner
